What I do?
Conduct training workshop. My topics includes
1. Innovation 1 - Mining Ideas from Within. (4hours to 1 day program)
This is a 4-hour to a whole day program where learners will understand the value of innovation. They will be introduced to how innovation has created new streams of revenues and cost savings. They will literally play with problems and ideas. Learners will also be introduced to some free innovative tools/processes and its application. This is designed for middle and lower management.
2. How to outsource and manage service providers in Facilities Management (1.5 day program).
This program is designed especially for Admin, HR and non-engineering/technical staff). In most SMEs or small factories, they do not have a dedicated facilities management team and will have this function outsourced. Overseeing this outsourced service will usually be a human resource executive or admin executive. Coming from a non-engineering background, they may not have a clear picture on will rely on information from the service providers themselves. This program will equip them with the basic knowledge on preventive maintenance program and better control over their vendors.
It will be conducted by a performance consultant in facilities management with an industrial experience of more than 15 years.
In addition to my own programs, I formed strategic partnership with industry specialists on the following programs;
1. Recruiting The Best Talent in the World (3-day program with coaching).
This program is suitable for company owners, senior management, human resource professionals. Staff turnover was deemed to be an expensive price for SMEs and even MNCs. Staffs usually leave and join a competitor, taking along knowledge and 'insider intelligence'. While this can never be avoided, it can be reduced by empowering human resource with knowledge on how to attract the right talent in terms of skills, personality and culture.
Will be conducted by recruitment and headhunting professionals.
